What You Need To Know About Rating Sellers and Riders with GoGo Xpress
Feedback plays an essential role in any business and industry. For GoGo Xpress, we always aim to provide the best service possible so that customers can continue to experience consistent quality service, and we can help promote trust among Buyers, Merchants, and Rider Partners. Our rating system exists to encourage a good environment when transacting to help make online selling fun and exciting for everyone.
How can Buyers rate Merchants & Riders?
Buyers are basically at the tail end of each transaction process which makes it important for us to gain insights from every experience. Here are the steps on how to rate Merchants and Riders:
- After a successful delivery, Buyers will receive SMS advice from GoGo Xpress to inform them of the successful delivery with their particular transaction number.
- With the same SMS advice, Buyers are invited to rate their experience by clicking a link that would redirect them to a GoGo Xpress rating page.
- Buyers can rate their experience by giving up to 5 gold stars to their Merchant and Delivery Rider Partner with 5 gold stars being the highest satisfaction rating.
- After rating, they simply tap the Submit Rating button and get a confirmation message thanking them for the feedback.
How can Merchants rate Riders?
Merchants rely on our delivery services and the work of our Rider Partners to ensure a successful transaction with their customers. Here’s what you need to know on how Merchants can rate their Riders:
- After a successful pickup, Merchants will receive SMS advice from GoGo Xpress to inform them of the successful pickup with their particular transaction number.
- With the same SMS advice, Merchants are invited to rate their experience by clicking a link that would redirect them to a GoGo Xpress rating page.
- Merchants can rate their experience by giving up to 5 gold stars to their Pickup Rider Partner. 5 gold stars being the highest satisfaction rating.
- After rating, they simply tap the Submit Rating button and get a confirmation message thanking them for the feedback.
