GoGo Tips & Tricks: What to do if you haven’t received your package but status is already delivered?
Receiving a notification that your GoGo Xpress package has been delivered, only to discover that it is nowhere to be found, can be incredibly frustrating.
Here are steps you can take to resolve the issue and locate your missing package:
1. Check Your Phone Messages
Sometimes a package can be marked as delivered when the courier arrives at your address but is unable to make the delivery due to not reaching you. Check your phone messages to see if the courier notified you about the delivery attempt.
2. Verify with Others
It’s possible that someone else accepted the package on your behalf. Ask your family, neighbors, or other household members if they accepted the delivery for you.
3. Double-Check Your Delivery Address
Ensure that your delivery address is correct. Often, packages are misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Look around your mailbox, drop-off location, or other potential spots where the courier might have left the package. This could include:
- Near your house entrance
- In your mailbox
- In front of your garage
- On your lawn
4. Contact the Delivery Rider
If you received a call or SMS from the rider, consider reaching out to them. Sometimes, packages are incorrectly tagged as delivered. The rider might provide additional information about the delivery attempt.
5. Submit a Report
If you are still unable to recover your package after checking with others and contacting the rider, the best course of action is to submit a report via GoGo Xpress’s Contact Us page. Ensure that you report the incident within 72 hours from the date your package was marked as delivered.
