It is booking a delivery and bringing the parcel to the nearest Drop-Off Station at your most convenient time. Senders who are within 3km from any of the GoGo Xpress Drop Off Points can book a delivery using the Drop-Off Option.

Once the customer has booked a delivery thru the GoGo Xpress app and has chosen the Drop-Off option, they can bring the parcels to the Drop-Off Station on their own convenient time, no need to wait for a Pick-up Rider. Customers can also contact the Drop-Off Station in advance to coordinate the drop-off or if the Drop-Off Station is willing to pick up the parcels from them. Special price drop Drop-Off Rates are also given to Drop-Off customers.

You may cancel the Drop-Off Transaction and rebook the delivery choosing the Rider Pick-up Option.
