Currently, customers buying through GoBenta can conveniently pay for their purchased items via Cash on Delivery without any additional service fee, soon we will also have other payment options available. 

1. Once you’ve logged into your GoGo Xpress account, click on More Features then choose GoBenta.
2. Create your own desired shop link. 
   • Ex. app.gogoxpress.com/shop/sample-store-name
   • Note: this will be your official and permanent GoBenta URL that you will use when sharing your shop. Changes cannot be made after you activate your GoBenta link.

3. Click Activate GoBenta and you’re now ready to sell online!

Yes. Maximum file size is 1MB with 1000 x 1000 pxl. You can also replace your current one whenever you wish as long as it meets the size requirements.

Yes, each transaction has a limit of up to P50,000 pesos only.

Yes, Buyers can only purchase a maximum of up to 20 pieces of a particular item per checkout. If the Buyer wishes to purchase more than 20 pcs, they can book another transaction as long as the Seller has sufficient stocks available. 

Yes, just input the active promo code upon checkout to avail of the discount.

1. Click on More Features on your GoGo Xpress Dashboard and choose GoPromo
2. Input what you want to name your promo code, the discount value, and the usage conditions. You can even indicate specific products where promos can be applied. 
3. Save your promo code and anyone with the promo code can now use them on your store.

This tool is made for tracking your performance and earnings. You’ll be able to see a weekly summary of how your shop is progressing. From there, you’ll be able to know what you can do to grow your business.

With your online store all set up, you can track your progress through our Performance Dashboard. Check your sales and weekly data so you know how to grow your business better. 

1. Click on More Features on your GoGo Xpress Dashboard and choose GoKita
2. Click Install GoKita and once installed, you will now be able to track and review your shop’s progress!

From there you will be able to view your Custom Experience, Repeat Customers, On-Time Deliveries, On-Time Pick-ups, Average Pick-up Attempts) & Credibility Metrics (Failed Pick-up Rate, Return Rate, Refused-to-Accept Rate, RTA-RTS Rate).

Yes, but items are required to be at least P150 (with the maximum of P50,000) for Cash on Delivery to be valid.
